It is recommended that you do not measure yourself for a nursing bra until 3 weeks before your baby is due.
Your bra size will change significantly during the last few months and weeks of pregnancy and, if you measure and order too early, you may find that your bra does not fit you well when your baby is born.

1. UNDER BUST MEASUREMENT Measure immediately under your bust, hold the tape taut but not tight
2. FULL BUST MEASUREMENT Measure at the fullest part.
If your UNDER BUST measurement is an EVEN NUMBER - ADD 4 inches to get your BRA SIZE
If your UNDER BUST measurement is an ODD NUMBER - ADD 5 inches to get your BRA SIZE
Now take the difference between that BRA SIZE and your FULL BUST measurement to obtain your
CUP SIZE 0 inches = A Cup 5 inches = E Cup
1 inch = B Cup 6 inches = F Cup
2 inches = C Cup 7 inches = FF Cup
3 inches = D Cup 8 inches = G Cup
4 inches = DD Cup 9 inches = G Cup
