How much is postage and packing?

At Budget Bumps, we keep our postage rates as simple as possible as we believe in providing a truly affordable service.
We offer a single tariff to the UK that we believe offers the best service for the lowest possible cost.

Our UK First Class Delivery service is designed to get your items to you in the quickest time possible without excessive charges.
Our rates are as follows:

  • £2 for 1 item
  • £3 for 2 items
  • £4 for 3 items
  • £5 for 4 items or more

That's it. Simple as that!
You'll never pay more than £5 for UK delivery at Budget Bumps no matter how much you order and with more than 98% of Royal Mail First Class deliveries arriving next day, we can't do much better than that!

EU Shipping is £5 for one item, plus £3 FOR EACH additional item up to a MAXIMUM of £14 (4 items).


Please note: Budget Bumps is NOT responsible for the payment of import duty/taxes on orders sent outside the UK.
For overseas customers, your order will be processed in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and the final price charged to you will be dependant on the exchange rate charged by your bank when you make your payment via your chosen method.


Which countries to you ship to?

At the present time, we ship to the UK and EU Member States only.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are processed and dispatched same or next working day ("working days" being Monday to Friday, not including Public Holidays).
ALL of our UK orders are now sent using Royal Mail First Class delivery with the majority of first class mail being delivered next day after dispatch.
Overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail and take approximately 7-10 working days for delivery.

Please bear in mind that, once your order leaves us here at Budget Bumps, it is in the hands of Royal Mail and is subject to their usual handling and delivery times.

Where is my order?


Most orders should arrive within 2 or 3 working days. However if, after this time, you haven't had your delivery, don't panic!
First, check your local sorting office. 99% of "un-received" orders are sat at local delivery offices awaiting collection. Usually, if you miss a delivery, you should receive a card informing you but, unfortunately, it is our experience that this is not always the case.
Please make the sorting office your first port of call. Call or visit them and ensure that they physically check to make sure they are not holding items for you (even though you do not have a card left).

If after 10 working days, you have still not received your order, we are able to declare the item lost.  You will then have the option for us to re-send the item (if one is available) or alternatively receive a refund.  Because some of the items we sell are "one-off" items we may not always be able to send a replacement.

If a package is returned to us, by Royal Mail, as "not called for", your order will be immediately cancelled and refunded in full.  Re-delivery of an order will incur additional postage charges in line with the original order charges.
