Something to Sell???
Still wondering what to do with maternity clothing you no longer need? At Budget Bumps, we buy gently used, good quality maternity wear at reasonable prices, the larger the quantity, the better!
Anything considered, any size, any style as long as it is in good condition. Simply email with the following information:
We will try to get back to you as soon as we can ( this will usually be within 24 hours).
We can arrange for collection of goods, if necessary, but will only consider it if you have a very large number of items to sell
We do not pay more than £8 towards the cost of posting your items to us. We recommend you send larger parcels by Royal Mail Standard Parcel with sufficient insurance to cover loss.
Budget Bumps will expect to receive and inspect all goods BEFORE payment is sent and if we deem to goods to be not worth the asking price ( i.e. quality not as described), we shall return the goods, less an appropriate quantity or value of items to cover our return postage.
We are aware that our terms of purchase may seem excessive however we make every effort to ensure that ALL items sold at Budget Bumps are of the highest quality and in the best condition possible and this process starts right here, at the "buying in" phase.
Please note that we are only interested in MATERNITY clothing. Non-maternity items sent to us will be returned to you at your expense. (Our return postage cost to you deducted from the price we agreed to pay).
All clothing should be freshly laundered and ironed and undamaged. No tears, holes or marks. Please ensure that items do not smell of cigarette smoke and are securely packaged in secure plastic packaging. This should avoid damage in transit. When sending more than a couple of items, please use a BOX to avoid creasing and damage.
Any items received marked and/or excessively creased will require laundering and pressing by ourselves and a deduction of £1 PER ITEM will be made from the price we agreed to pay you. This does not include normal creasing as is expected during transit.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any items not received by ourselves and you should obtain the appropriate proof of postage to enable you to claim for any losses should the need arise.
We recommend Royal Mail but please be aware that standard postage only compensates up to the value of 100 First Class stamps. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office (which is free). You will need this to make any claim for lost mail, should the need arise. Insurance for appropriate compensation costs is not the responsibilty of Budget Bumps.
Once we have agreed a price with you, the offer is valid for 28 days only. If items are not received within this time period, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, alter our offer.
By agreeing to sell to Budget Bumps, you are agreeing to these terms.
