Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Any orders placed with incomplete details (i.e. no email/phone no.) will be held until payments are fully authorised.
Budget Bumps regrets that we cannot accept orders from outside the EU at the current time. Any non-EU transaction will be cancelled and refunded less 5% to cover card transaction fees.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro, UK Cheques and PO made payable to "Budget Bumps" ( UK£ only). Credit card transactions made on site are processed immediately online through Secure Actinic Payments and are charged at the time of ordering.

There may be a very rare occasion when an item listed on site is already sold. In the unlikely event of this happening, a FULL refund will be given as soon as the error is noticed.
If there is likely to be any length of time ( longer than 12 hours) in which we are unable to access the site and therefore update the stock, online ordering may be suspended to avoid this occurence.
Budget Bumps has the right to decline or rescind any order.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable

Shipping And Handling
Our First Class Delivery service is designed to get your items to you in the quickest time possible without excessive charges.
Our new rates are as follows:
£2 for 1 item
£3 for 2 items
£4 for 3 items or more.
You’ll never pay more than £4 for UK delivery at Budget Bumps no matter how much you order and with 98% of Royal Mail First Class deliveries arriving next day, we can’t do much better than that!
We now offer shipping, via Royal Mail Airmail, to EU countries. Rates start at £5 for one item, plus £3 FOR EACH additional item up to a MAXIMUM of £14 (4 items)
Some large/heavy items are not available for non-UK shipping. These will be noted on our website
Larger nursery items are sent by ParcelForce using their ParcelForce 24 delivery service. This service is usually a next working day (after dispatch) but remote and rural areas should expect their deliveries to take a little longer
We cannot accept orders from outside the EU at the current time.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all goods ordered within 2 working days of receipt of your order if paying by debit or credit card, and upon receipt of your cleared payment if paying by cheque or postal order. If there is likely to be any delay beyond this time, you will be notified immediately.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting us
If after 10 working days, you have still not received your order, we are able to file a "lost mail" complaint with Royal Mail for compensation. Only when Royal Mail have processed this claim and refunded are we able to refund your order.
A replacement product may be sent out to you sooner if we have one
If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail as "not called for" it will be immediately cancelled and refunded
Re-delivery of an order will incur additional postage charges in line with the original order charges.
Please note that orders placed with incomplete details (i.e. no email address or phone number) may be held until such time as payment has cleared (cheques) or card transactions have been fully authorised and verified.

Credit Card Security
All credit card transactions are direct through Actinic Payments, which is a completely secure payment service, powered by Credit Call. There is sometimes some difficulty with processing online transactions due to the server being busy at certain times of the day. If you encounter an error message while trying to process your payment, please try again later or feel free to call Budget Bumps on 0845 30 30 777 (9.30am - 3pm. Monday to Friday) and we can process your order manually. Thank you for your patience.

Guarantee & Returns
Budget Bumps hopes that your order will be satisfactory. Please be aware that a lot of items on this site are secondhand (these are clearly identifiable by their grading information) and will rarely be in perfect condition. We will, however, aim to point out any defects, as we see them, and make them known on the site so you can make an informed choice when ordering.
All wheeled goods come with a 3 month guarantee
All NEW nursery goods (other than wheeled goods) come with a 6 month guarantee
In all cases, the guarantee protects against manufacturer faults only.
Any faults present at time of purchase MUST be brought to our attention WITHIN 7 DAYS of delivery

We cannot, however, be responsible for the return carriage of goods and it is recommended that they be returned to us by recorded delivery.
Refunds cannot be given for any postage charges paid at the time of ordering.
