Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the telephone. We are of course happy for you to call us regarding your order or with any queries you may have.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. At Budget Bumps, we offer several ways to pay catering, we hope, for most people's needs. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit and Maestro cards. These are processed securely, online, via our new payment service provider Sagepay. We also accept payment via Paypal, UK cheque or crossed postal orders, made payable to Budget Bumps. Please note that where a payment is made by cheque we wait until the cheque has cleared before despatching the order and this can take upto 10 days.
For overseas customers, the final price charged to you will be dependant on the exchange rate charged by your bank when you make your payment via your chosen method. Please note: ALL prices are in GBP (Pounds Sterling).
Q. What is 3d secure?
A. You may find your transaction requires you to set up 3d secure details (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode) This is very important for the security of your credit and debit card on the internet and should be set up at your earliest convenience. You may have already done so when shopping online previously or you may be prompted to do so during the course of your transaction with Budget Bumps. This process is dealt with by your card issuer/bank, as you will see, and neither Sagepay or Budget Bumps are privy to any of your information during this process. Think of it as 'chip and pin' for your online transactions.
Q. Is there a printed catalogue or brochure?
A. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, it is not possible to produce a printed catalogue. The majority of our stock is made up of "one off" items and, due to high turnover, it would be impossible to keep any kind of printed media up-to-date. Our online catalogue is updated continuously and contains all of our current stock items.
